I am a clinical psychologist offering evidence-based assessment and therapy for teens, adults, and older adults. I support people experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, autism, perinatal challenges, parenting difficulties, eating difficulties, and trauma. I also provide adult ADHD and autism assessments.I aim to create a safe, warm, and accepting space where you feel supported, understood, and able to move at your own pace.

I am a clinical psychologist registered with the New Zealand Psychologists Board (Registration Number 90-08524) and a full member of the New Zealand Psychological Society.I have experience working in hospital, community, and forensic settings. My approach is collaborative, respectful, and tailored to your needs. I draw from a range of psychological modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
